Anders has worked in the VFX industry for over 20 years. He joined Fido – now a part of Goodbye Kansas – in 2004, to work as Line Producer and is now helming Talent Acquisition department, finding many of the talents that have helped Goodbye Kansas grow into becoming Sweden’s most successful VFX & CGI studio.
The head of talent acquisition will work closely with HR business partners to understand the company objectives and construct plans and strategies to improve recruitment performance. Fundamentally, the main responsibility is to attract top talent and diverse candidates across all levels of an organisation.
He will share valuable tips and experiences on what is needed to make it easier to get into the industry for the position you are applying for.
